We focus on building new homes on greenfield sites, with a strong reputation for delivering beautiful single-storey designs tailored to our clients' needs.

About the Role

As our New Homes Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for clients, from their first inquiry to the final contract. You'll work closely with our extensive range of established G.J. Gardner designs, helping clients select and modify plans to perfectly suit their lifestyle.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. While the position is initially based at our office, there is a future opportunity for weekend work when we open our new display home. You'll be a key part of our team, helping to turn our clients' visions into reality.

Organised and Meticulous: You can efficiently manage multiple tasks and are excellent with details and record-keeping.

Proactive and Outgoing: You are a self-starter with a professional and approachable personality.

New Homes Industry Experience (Preferred): While not essential, prior experience in the new home building industry or a similar sales role would be an advantage.
