The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Consultant with mid-level experience to support our clients in adopting and optimising our products and solutions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance, supporting the sales process, and ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to:

Engage with clients to understand business requirements and recommend tailored solutions

Work harmoniously with a Senior Product Consultant

Conduct product demos, lighting proposals and presentations

Collaborate with internal teams, including project, sales and operations teams to ensure successful delivery

Identify and troubleshoot client issues, escalating when necessary

Collect client feedback and contribute to product innovation

Qualifications and Skills

2-4 years of experience in product consulting, solutions consulting, or a related role

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.

A team player attitude

Proficiency with CRM systems and relevant software tools.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple client engagements.
