Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Welder for a leading steel fabrication company based in Naval Base, specialising in heavy fabrication and welding solutions.

Boilermaker / Welder
Naval Base Location
$50 - $55/hr + super
Monday to Thursday, 5am - 3:30pm
Fridays, 5am - 1pm
3 - 4 Week Duration with Possibility of Extension

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld small chute components, pipe clamp shoes, and related structures with precision
• Perform high-quality flux core welding to meet project specifications and industry standards
• Accurately interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders
• Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant work environment in line with workplace health and safety protocols
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and deliver work within required project timeframes

Requirements:

• Relevant Trade Certificate
• Demonstrated experience in flux core welding
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
