ABOUT THE BOLT

The Bolt isn’t your run-of-the-mill NDIS provider. From our Melbourne and Daylesford base we deliver:

Community Supports – tailored, one-to-one assistance that turns everyday tasks into confidence builders.

Short-Term Accommodation (STA) – immersive, 2 - 7-day experiences that feel more boutique country stay than a rostered shift.

We work to a super simple model of service, great care, great company and great environment.

THE ROLE – WHY NO TWO WEEKS LOOK THE SAME

Home & Community Days – mentor participants in daily living skills, social connection and goal kicking.

Week-Long STA Blocks – live on-site (accommodation and meals on us) for 2–7 days, facilitating skills based experiences, day trips, cooking healthy and delicious emails, and late-night debriefs.

True Life Balance – our roster cycles mean concentrated days away followed by genuine downtime so you’re refreshed for what’s next.

Rock-Solid Documentation – we’ll train you to capture the stories that show impact (and keep us audit-ready).

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Attitude first – compassionate, curious, honest, reliable and ready to improvise.

Full driver licence (and a car) and a love of road trips (playlist optional but encouraged).

Everything else we will train on the job, and we'll pay for your all the required certificates if you don't have them. If you're in it for the long haul we can also support you grow in this sector, think quals, experiences, training and career progression.

NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or willing to apply).
