About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our PACU team. This role will have you performing duties working within our Operating Theatres. This role will see you working as part of a collaborative and team orientated environment.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

You are a dedicated and self-assured Registered Nurse committed to providing outstanding patient care. With a calm and solution-oriented mindset, you handle challenges professionally and excel in team-based environments.

To be successful, you will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA a Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in PACU
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to patient care.

Remuneration:

On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $ 49.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
