• A genuine heart for people and the patience to walk alongside them in their journey
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent
• Current Police Check, Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening
• Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, comprehensive car insurance
