About the role

The Rose of Australia Hotel located in Erskineville is a popular and busy pub where we serve our locals, friends and those hosting functions and events. We are looking for some new team members to help with the Christmas Party season, and beyond! You'll be working as part of a team in a fast paced venue delivering the magic that keep people coming back for more. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bartending duties in a lively and dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive service

Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Taking food orders and delivering to the tables

Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth running of the bar

Part of a team running multiple events throughout the weekend

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar bar or hospitality role - 12 months

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and bar operations

Cocktail experience or RCG experience is an advantage

A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences

You must be able to work Friday nights, Saturday & Saturday night and Sunday

Living local is an advantage, as is having transport to get home

Be available in November & December (the silly season)
