Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 per hour (includes casual loading)

About the Role

At Busy Bees at Baldivis, we are looking for a passionate and flexible Casual Educator to join our team.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

Provide high-quality care and education across different age groups.

Support permanent team members in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Deliver play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Adapt quickly to different rooms and teams.

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

Current WA Working with Children Check (Employee) / WWVP (ACT).

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.

Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts at short notice.
