About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Qualified Plumber to join our team for an immediate start.

This is a full-time role for someone who is:
✅ Fully qualified
✅ Motivated, reliable and takes pride in their workmanship
✅ Excited to work on a variety of projects

You’ll be installing, servicing, and maintaining solar hot water systems, heat pumps, and gas hot water systems for residential customers across the South West.

Work-life balance: 40-hour week with the option of a compressed 9-day fortnight – enjoy a long weekend every second week!

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism

Install, service, and maintain Solahart products

Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards

Keep accurate records of jobs, time, and materials

Mentor apprentices and contribute to industry growth

Experience & Qualifications

✔ Current Plumbing Licence & trade qualifications
✔ Manual driver’s licence
✔ Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✔ Working at Heights certificate (or willing to obtain)
✔ Police clearance (or willing to obtain)

Highly Regarded:

Experience with Solar Hot Water Systems

Gas Fitting licence

White Card

Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
