We are seeking skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologists to join our dedicated team. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting veterans, 1st responders, and private clients who have experienced trauma, providing them with the specialised care and treatment necessary for their recovery and well-being. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for trauma clients

Provide individual therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, EMDR2.0 and Prolonged Imaginal Exposure Therapy

Collaborate with an interprofessional team of clinicians to ensure holistic, client-centred care

Maintain detailed case notes and contribute to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client progress

Assist with the development and delivery of psychoeducation workshops for clients

Successful applicant will have:

Experience in exposure therapy and/or EMDR preferred (training can be provided)

Fully registered and accredited as a Clinical Psychologist

Experience working with complex trauma clients, including trauma-informed practice and the provision of evidence-based trauma-focused therapies

Strong clinical skills in psychological assessment, case formulation, and the design and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans

A strong ethical approach to clinical practice
