Active Crane Hire is a leading tower crane rental Company on the East Coast of Australia with HQ based in Somersby on the Central Coast NSW.

Due to our recent expansion and work environment, we are now seeking a boilermaker / welder for our busy operations.

The Position on offer is permanent with an immediate start.

About the Role

Daily yard based Duties would include general fabrication, structural repairs of crane components and crane associated equipment.

The Role has the potential and is designed to lead towards further career opportunities within our busy Company in the Tower Crane Industry.

All Applications will be considered and Training can be structured according to the pre-existing capabilities of the Applicant.

An attractive remuneration package will be structured depending on the experience offered by the applicant.

About You

To be successful in this Position you would need to have:

A current Driving License

Able to read and interpret engineering and workshop drawings

A professional manner and presentation

A good general level of Fitness

Being versatile and self motivated with a mechanical aptitude and a "can do" approach.

Able to work in a team oriented environment

Good time management skills

Must be prepared to undergo daily fit for work testing as part of our established Drug & Alcohol Policy
