Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
• 12+ months experience in hospital or aged care
• NDIS screening check (or willing to obtain)
• Basic computer and EMR skills
• Current Police check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)

About the Role:
You'll provide hands-on care, monitor patient progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and teamwork
• Flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends
• Driver's license and vehicle (preferred but not essential)
