This physiotherapy role involves working alongside physiotherapists in a tightly bonded team. In addition will include the opportunity to work with semi professional sporting teams. Our clinic specialise in adolescent rehabilitation however also have a large focus on athletic development and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our patients and are looking for someone who has a desire to build strong relationships also. As our clinic is growing, we are hoping to find someone who is keen to grow with and within the business.

We are looking for a full timer or part timer. Preferably an individual with prior experience in working with sporting population and adolescent patients and is keen to work in a predominantly rehab focused environment.

Success in this position involves taking an initiative, effective in time management and proactive in completing all tasks by end of day. You will be part of a young team of physiotherapists servicing adolescents and a sporting population that are eager to help get the best outcomes for all their patients.

What's involved with the job?

Assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal injuries that range from adolescents, athletes and general population

Working within a young team of physiotherapists

Working in an environment with technology/equipment such as VALD, MedX, Compex, Game Ready, Normatec, Infrared Sauna and gym equipment

Discussing/Liaising with a variety of Allied Health and Medical Professionals to provide the best care for patients

Structuring strength and conditioning and running programs for a variety of different patients

Responsibilities involve but are not limited to:

Being punctual and friendly with all patients and possible parents

Keeping a clean and tidy workplace environment

Assisting patients with Recovery service (Sauna, Ice baths, Game Ready, Normatec)

Qualifications

Bachelor/Masters equivalent in Physiotherapy (Required)

AHPRA full registration (Required)

Working with Children Check (required)

Level 1/2 ASCA (desired)

2+ Years experience prefferable
