We’re a small, high-trust formwork company looking for a reliable Truck Driver who’s happy to pitch in on site when needed. You’ll primarily run local deliveries/pick-ups of formwork materials and help keep the yard and sites moving.

What you’ll do

Safely load, secure and deliver formwork materials (timber/steel, ply, formwork frames, etc.).

Coordinate your own loads: pick the right gear, balance weight, and strap/chain to standard.

Complete daily run sheets, dockets, pre-start checks and basic truck upkeep.

Communicate with the yard/site to plan runs and hit delivery windows.

General labouring as required (stacking, strapping, sorting & yard/site hand when it’s busy).

Work independently and also follow clear instructions when tasks are set.

What you’ll bring

Current MR or LR licence (HR a bonus).

Forklift (LF) ticket preferred — or willingness to obtain.

Good English (spoken & written) for dockets, SAFETY signage and site comms.

Sound knowledge of load restraint, mass limits & height/length rules (NHVR basics).

Ability to assess loads on the truck and make safe calls.

A White Card (or commitment to get one quickly).

Physically fit and available for occasional hard labour and safety-first mindset.

Pay & benefits

Competitive hourly rate aligned to typical local truck-driver rates

Guide: $35–$45/hr + super (experience/licence dependent),

Overtime/penalties as applicable.
