The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Attending to machine breakdowns and troubleshooting issues to minimise downtime
• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance across filling and packaging equipment
• Working closely with the Maintenance Manager to support plant reliability
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and safety
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and OH&S requirements

Requirements
To be successful, you will bring:

• Trade qualifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance (essential)
• Experience in food or beverage FMCG manufacturing environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose breakdowns quickly
• Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and safety standards
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork
• Flexibility to work across rotating AM and PM shifts
