About the role

Atkinsons Airconditioning is seeking experienced Air Conditioning Installers to join our team in Coolum Beach, Queensland. This is a full-time position responsible for the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial air conditioning systems. You will be an integral part of our growing business, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Install, service and maintain a variety of air conditioning units

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing system

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Work collaboratively with the wider team to support business objectives

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Installer, with a minimum of 4 years in the industry

Relevant trade qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Strong technical skills and knowledge of air conditioning systems and components

Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

A valid driver's licence

Commitment to safety and a willingness to undergo training as required
