Banditas Colour • Cuts • Coffee is a friendly, fast-growing salon with a coffee bar and a loyal local following. We’re known for beautiful colour work (from bright blondes to lived-in low-maintenance), precision cuts, and premium extensions—served with great coffee and better banter. We’re expanding the team and would love to meet a passionate Senior Stylist/Colourist (or a confident 3rd-Year Apprentice) who thrives in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.

The role

Create personalised colour work: Confident with blonde, balayage, toning, grey-blending, root smudge, and everything in between

Deliver an exceptional client experience from consult to finish (we value genuine connection)

Support juniors/apprentices with mentoring and teamwork.

Keep the salon humming and fun: tidy stations, product knowledge, simple admin/POS

You’ll bring

Senior: Cert III in Hairdressing + solid salon floor experience.

Apprentice (3rd-year): strong fundamentals, confident doing blonde hair, coachable, hungry to learn

A love of colour, care for hair health, and pride in your finishes

Warm, professional communication and great time management

Hours & remuneration

We’re flexible: full-time or part-time. Half day Saturdays. Pay based on experience and aligned to qualifications, with incentives and clear progression.
