Located in Terrigal Haven with sweeping ocean views, the Pavilion will showcase a Mediterranean-inspired menu in a lively, fast-paced setting. This role is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of the opening of the Central Coast's new premier dining venues.

Who We Seek

We are looking for Experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our opening team. You will have a proven ability to thrive in a high performing team, delivering fast paced exceptional service at every interaction.

Requirements

· Previous experience as a Section Waiter

· Full Australian working rights, Working Holiday Visa (WHV), or Student Visa

· Weekend and public holiday availability

· Demonstrated experience in fast-paced restaurant environment

· Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards
