The Role: Lead, Create, Deliver

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple commercial fitout projects — from initial brief to client handover. You’ll be the driving force behind timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing full project schedules and milestones

Negotiating with suppliers and contractors

Overseeing all phases of the build, including variations and defect management

Building strong relationships with clients, trades, and site teams

Juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

About You:

You’re a confident, solutions-focused leader who thrives under pressure and knows how to get things done. You bring:

Proven experience managing commercial fitouts (retail/hospitality ideal)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project

Sharp time management and attention to detail

A great sense of humour and a collaborative spirit
