We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who loves their craft and is excited to help build the future of mental health care from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate directly with the founder to architect and ship high-impact features.

Bring real-time Agentic AI into clinical consultations.

Champion quality and reliability through great testing and observability.

Iterate across our product based on patient and clinician feedback.

Lay the foundations for a great engineering culture, tooling, and processes.

Who You Are:

A builder with product sense - you think beyond the code.

Love the startup mindset - you're pragmatic, resourceful, and excited by early ownership.

Comfortable working quickly in a fast-moving, high-trust team.

Skilled in Python (and preferably Django, but this is not required).

Experience with Postgres and Redis.

[Bonus] Experience shipping AI-assisted products/features.

[Bonus] Excited by observability (logs, metrics, traces) or UI state transitions.
