About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer to join our team at North Coast Blinds & Security in Kunda Park, Queensland. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of high-quality Crimsafe security screens and doors, blinds, and awnings. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing business.
What you'll be doing
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure a seamless installation experience
Carefully loading and transporting finished goods for installation at customer sites
Installing security screens and doors, blinds, and awnings according to specifications
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the proper storage and care of tools and equipment
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a professional and efficient installation process
Identify any potential issues or challenges during the installation process and work with the team to find solutions
What we're looking for
Previous experience in installing security screens and doors, blinds, shutters and awnings
Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
Current manual driver's licence
Police check (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials and products
Willingness to learn
Australian citizenship is required for this position
