About the role

Join the team at Swiss Wellness Natural Health & Beauty Spa as a Remedial Massage Therapist. This casual role involves providing high-quality remedial massage services to our valued clients at our spa located in Hyde Park, South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and relaxation of our clients.

What you'll be doing

Provide customised remedial massage treatments to address clients' specific needs and concerns

Assess clients' physical condition and tailor massage techniques accordingly

Educate clients on the benefits of remedial massage and healthy lifestyle habits

Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service

Collaborate with the broader spa team to deliver an exceptional client experience

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Remedial Massage Therapy or a related field

Diploma-level qualification in Remedial Massage Therapy is required

Minimum 2 years' experience providing professional remedial massage services

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, as well as various massage techniques

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety

A caring, empathetic approach and the ability to work well in a team environment

Current registration with a professional massage therapy association is preferred but not essential
