Partner with the Store Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the store

Motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve sales and service excellence

What you bring:

Previous retail leadership or senior sales experience

Jewellery sales experience highly regarded but not essential

Strong communication and people skills, with a lead-by-example approach

A proactive, hands-on attitude and genuine passion for customer service
