Swimming Pools Direct is changing the game for Aussie homeowners - helping them take control of their pool build by buying direct from the factory and managing the installation themselves.

We’re growing fast and opening a brand-new showroom in North Lakes (QLD) — and we’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Pool Consultant to help convert a steady flow of inbound leads into happy pool buyers.

This is a phone-based, consultative sales role (no cold calling), with a strong base salary and excellent commission structure. You’ll work from home to start - then transition into our showroom once it opens early next year.

What You’ll Do

Speak to warm leads - homeowners, tradies, and rural buyers interested in DIY pool installs

Guide them through the purchase journey and recommend the right pool

Provide fast, clear quotes - and follow up to close the deal

Answer questions about site access, delivery, and installation

Keep the CRM (HubSpot) up to date and stay on top of your pipeline

Work closely with our ops team to hand off sold projects smoothly

Help walk-in customers once the showroom opens (North Lakes)

What We’re Looking For

Experience in the swimming pool industry – either sales or installation

Confident and clear communicator — especially over the phone

Ability to quote, follow up, and close with care and professionalism

Strong admin and CRM skills – you keep your workflow tight

Self-motivated and able to work independently (especially at home)

Bonus: experience with DIY-style customers or rural buyers
