About the Role

Further your career in a position that’s more than just a job. As a doctor with High Ground, you’ll play a central role in our telehealth clinic, ensuring every patient receives safe, compliant, and personalised care. From initial consults to ongoing reviews, you’ll guide patients through their health journey with an emphasis on trust, education, and outcomes. At High Ground, you’ll never work alone. Every patient undergoes a comprehensive nursing assessment and triage before your consult, so you can focus on the medical decision-making with confidence. You’ll also be backed by robust admin, patient onboarding, and prescribing support, so your time is spent where it matters most: safe, meaningful patient care.

About You

We’re looking for doctors (VR or Non-VR) who are curious, adaptable, and motivated to expand their skills in a growing area of medicine. You’re committed to patient-centred care, value strong communication, and are comfortable practicing in a telehealth environment.

Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration (VR or Non-VR)

Prescribing rights (support provided for Authorised Prescriber status)

Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Willingness to work within evidence-based, ethical frameworks
