What You’ll Do:

Customer Experience

Deliver friendly, professional service.

Respond to member enquiries and escalate when needed.

Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming store environment.

Leadership & Operations

Act as key holder and store supervisor when required.

Lead team adherence to procedures, zoning, and safety compliance.

Complete till reconciliation and reporting accurately.

Selection & Pricing

Select and price products according to guidelines.

Ensure quality and market-aware pricing to maintain seller trust.

Shop Floor & Stock

Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.

Efficiently manage stock presentation and fitting rooms.

Monitor and mitigate theft while keeping pace with store operations.

POS & Systems

Operate POS and store systems accurately and efficiently.

The role available is a 2 day part time contract working Friday and Sunday.

Hourly Rate: $27.58 | Supervisory Rate: $28.12
Penalty Rates: Weekends & public holidays | Leave: As per Fair Work Act
