Role overview

• Provide primary healthcare, chronic disease management and mental health support.
• Triage and manage emergencies in a custodial setting.
• Administer medications, implement care plans and maintain clinical records.
• Deliver health education and preventative programs.

Required

• Current AHPRA RN registration.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-grad nursing experience.
• ALS certification required.
• Experience in correctional, mental health, remote or high-acuity settings preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in secure environments.
