THE ROLE:

As a Personal Care Worker we are looking for people who are passionate about the industry and supporting residents. We are looking for people that will work well in a team environment, and support their colleagues. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Resident hygiene - showering, shaving, grooming, nails, skin care
• Operating equipment such as slide sheets, hoists, peg feeding (if trained)
• Collaborating with the team to ensure each resident is well looked after
• Prioritising time to ensure all tasks are completed across the floor
• Being present in the facility and keeping the mood/spirits high across the floor
• Being a team player that is willing to help others

MUST HAVE:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Carer within Aged Care
• Flexibility in schedule to work AM, PM, or Night shift
• Up to date compliance in accordance to the Aged Care standards
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Your own car or ability to get to and from work without public transport
