Remuneration: $55.63 - $59.61 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our St Stephens team

As part of our Team, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.

We are looking for clinicians with experience in Orthopaedics.

What makes a difference for us?

Minimum of 2 years experience

Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent with Current AHPRA practicing certificate

Experience in Orthopaedics

ACORN membership

Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship

An ability to coordinate and priortise your wards clinical load

Adaptability and resilience in busy, clinically complex environment

Flexibility to work a 24/7, rotating roster

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.

Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements
