The Role

As a Senior Dermal Therapist at our Gladesville premium clinic, you will deliver exceptional experiences for every client. You'll conduct comprehensive consultations, create personalised treatment plans, and perform results-driven procedures using industry-leading technology, with a strong focus on laser treatments. Working side by side with our Founder, lead nurse, and a dynamic team, you'll be supported and encouraged as you elevate your skills and set new standards in client care.

What We're Looking For

· Minimum 3 years' experience

· Dermal Therapist/Clinician qualification preferred (Beauty Therapists also considered).

· Experience in a medical clinic environment is highly regarded.

· Strong background with laser devices and designing bespoke treatment plans.

· Expert level proficiency with laser devices and treatment planning is essential.

· Laser license preferred.

· Honest, reliable, proactive, and truly passionate about empowering clients.

· A positive contributor to a culture that values respect, collaboration, and continuous growth.

· Australian citizenship required for this position.
