The Role

We are seeking a Physical Consultant (Exercise Physiologist / Physiotherapist/ Occupational Therapist) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse caseloads in NDIS, workplace rehabilitation, and aged care services.

What you’ll be doing:

Conducting comprehensive physical assessments and developing evidence-based treatment programs.

Delivering tailored interventions — exercise programs, rehabilitation plans, workplace injury prevention, and functional capacity building.

Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams across our service brands to ensure holistic client outcomes.

Supporting participants in NDIS, corporate health, aged care, and community settings.

Documenting progress, reviewing outcomes, and continuously adapting programs for best results.

About You

Degree in Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy (or equivalent).

Professional registration / accreditation relevant to your discipline.

Passion for working with diverse populations including NDIS participants, older adults, and workplace clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organised, proactive, and committed to professional development.
