The Role

• Coordinate and deliver client tax-related operational and year-end deliverables, including planning, logistics and post-implementation reviews
• Manage and facilitate change initiatives, process improvements and system upgrades related to fund tax operations
• Act as the central liaison between internal teams, auditors, and external clients to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• Track, report and escalate issues while maintaining strong operational risk and compliance standards
• Support multiple projects with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to timelines

About You

• CA/CPA qualified or degree in Business/Accounting
• 8+ years’ experience in fund administration, custody or investment operations, ideally within unit trusts, superannuation or life insurance funds
• Strong understanding of fund tax principles, distributions and operational workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Project management mindset with the ability to coordinate complex timelines and deliverables
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with HiPort or similar systems advantageous
