About the role

What you'll be doing

👩‍⚕️Providing high-quality, evidence-based allied health services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

📝Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards

Continuously updating professional knowledge and skills to deliver the best possible care

🛌 Contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to enhance patient outcomes

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, etc.)

Candidates from all allied health disciplines are welcome to apply

Current registration with the applicable professional body

Demonstrated experience in the provision of allied health services, preferably in a healthcare setting

Experience across various healthcare settings including public hospitals, private hospitals, community health, disability services, mental health, and rehabilitation is highly valued

Minimum 1 year of experience in allied health service provision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice

Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and improving patient outcomes
