Our client is a modern, MSK-focused private practice with a friendly team of 8+ Physiotherapists.

You’ll work predominantly at their beautiful Box Hill clinic with 1 day across nearby partner sites. The caseload is mostly private referrals, with potential for above market earnings with a generous commission structure.

What you’ll do

• Manage a varied musculoskeletal and sporting caseload from assessment through to return-to-function.
• Lead exercise and strengthening programs (clinic, gym and Pilates integration).
• Drive patient retention and outcomes via evidence-based planning and review.
• Contribute to team learning through case studies, peer review and PD sessions.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Full Australian working rights
• Full AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 2 years MSK experience
