We are a growing renewable energy and electrical business delivering high-quality solar, battery, and electrical projects across Victoria. With a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, we are looking for a reliable and organised Storeman /Storeperson to join our team and support our operations.

The Role

As our Storeman / Storeperson, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our warehouse and stock. You’ll ensure materials are organised, prepared, and ready for our solar crews and electricians, helping projects run smoothly and on time. You’ll also support our field teams by managing van stock, preparing job packs, and occasionally delivering urgent parts to site.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain warehouse stock including solar panels, inverters, batteries, electrical components, and consumables.

Pick, pack, and prepare job-specific kits for each crew in advance of scheduled installations.

Organise and maintain stock levels in electricians’ vans, ensuring crews are always equipped.

Deliver shortage items or urgent stock to job sites as required.

Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts, keeping inventory records accurate and up to date.

Assist with stock ordering, supplier coordination, and receiving deliveries.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and storage area.

Ensure parts are packed, labelled, and ready for efficient deployment to job sites.

Work closely with project managers and supervisors to meet job requirements and deadlines.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a storeman, warehouse, or stock control role (solar/electrical industry experience highly regarded).

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Current driver’s licence (manual preferred) – ability to drive to job sites when required.

Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer literacy for stock control and ordering systems.
