Experienced Land Surveyor – Construction & Cadastral

We are a growing, professional surveying company working across major construction and land development projects throughout Sydney, as well as the Central Coast and Wollongong. With a strong reputation for accuracy, reliability, and delivering high-quality results, we are now seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team.

The Role

This role will focus primarily on construction surveying, supporting builders, engineers, and developers on a range of medium- to large-scale projects. The position also offers opportunities to be involved in cadastral work, making it ideal for someone seeking variety and professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting out, control establishment, and monitoring for construction projects.

Conducting surveys for civil, structural, and infrastructure works.

Performing cadastral surveys where required (boundary, subdivision, redefinition).

Preparing clear and accurate survey reports, plans, and data deliverables.

Liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Using modern surveying instruments and software to deliver precise results.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and professional surveyor with:

2+ years’ experience in surveying, with strong exposure to construction.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Surveying or Spatial Science.

Experience with cadastral work (preferred but not essential).

Strong ability in AutoCAD, Magnet Office, and Leica Total Stations is preferred but not essential.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Current driver’s licence and must have Australian Citizenship
