The Role

As a Shopfitting Retail Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex shopfitting projects from inception to completion. Your extensive joinery knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple shopfitting projects simultaneously.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Manage project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve project challenges and risks proactively.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in shopfitting project management with a strong focus on joinery.
• In-depth knowledge of shopfitting materials, processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
