A privately owned family business with a solid reputation in general freight. We specialize in delivering palletised agricultural products from Toowoomba, Brisbane and Beaudesert to our customer base in Southeast Queensland.

What are we looking for:

We are looking for an HC or MC Driver to join our family-owned business, operating from Rocklea to Sunshine Coast, Beaudesert and Toowoomba return. We pride ourselves on providing a top-notch service to our customers and provide a supportive and positive working environment. We keep our drivers in their trucks for continuity and service so that you can make it your own.

Our fleet of tautliners is well maintained and we aim to provide flexibility where we can within the constraints of the industry to achieve a work-life balance. You'll have most public holidays off, no weekend work and we shut down for Christmas each year. However, when in peak times (leading into Christmas), we do ask for support and flexibility of hours and days worked to get the job done. Our start and finish times will vary; however, it will be a Monday to Friday roster, and this is a multi-pick up, multi drop role as we have many customers to look after.

What You'll be doing:

Providing top notch service to our long-standing and loyal customers by being professional, well-presented and delivering their freight safely, efficiently and on time

Liaising with the Supervisor on the day's progress to keep us up to date

Working as a team to get the job done - many hands make light work

Assisting on the forklifts with loading or unloading at our Rocklea depot as required

Keeping your truck and trailer/s clean

Complying with relevant requirements around load restraint, pre-starts, and safe work practices

Strapping and taughtliner experience is preferred as this is a multi pick-up / multi drop role
