The Role

As a key member of this software engineering team, you will take ownership of their frontend architecture, drive best practices, and lead the development of new features across modern web applications.

You'll be working closely with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, so strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are a must.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions.
• Take ownership of frontend architecture decisions and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Advocate for & implement modern best practices across code, tooling, and deployment.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders.
• Champion testing, documentation, and clean code principles.
• Stay on top of the latest trends in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development.

Your Profile

• Professional experience in JavaScript / TypeScript Development
• Expert-level proficiency with Angular
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization & scalability
• Knowledge of component libraries; design systems, and UX/UI best practices
• Comfortable with RESTful APIs
• AGILE - Scrum methodologies | CI/CD
• Clear & effective communication style
• Must have unlimited full-working rights in Australia
