Our Lady of Grace School is a vibrant, Christ-centred Catholic primary school in North Beach with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. We are seeking passionate and experienced instrumental tutors to join our thriving music program from Term 1, 2026.

Available positions:

Piano Tutor – 4-5 days per week

Guitar Tutor – 3 days per week

Voice Tutor – 1 day per week

Trumpet Tutor – ½ day per week

Successful applicants will deliver engaging one-on-one lessons for students in Years 1-6, nurture their technical and musical development, and prepare them for school performances and events. You will work closely with the school’s music coordinator and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and inclusive music program.

We are seeking tutors who:

Demonstrate a genuine passion for music education and inspiring young learners

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

Are reliable, organised, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality lessons

Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic music team

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification in music or equivalent professional experience

Experience teaching your instrument to primary-aged students

Current Working with Children Check
