About the role

Join our thriving team at the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club as a Mixologist. In this casual role, you will be responsible for crafting creative and delicious cocktails to delight our valued guests. Located upstairs in the stunning 178 Restaurant.

Hours are Thursday 4-10 pm, Friday 4-11 pm, Saturday 4-11 pm. Must be available for these shifts. Immediate start available.

The role is based in Dubbo, NSW 2830.

What you'll be doing

Expertly mixing a wide range of classic and signature cocktails

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area

Participating in inventory management and stock control

Adhering to all health, safety and liquor licencing regulations

Supporting the bar and restaurant team as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a similar hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines and beer

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Passion for creating innovative and visually appealing cocktails

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
