At 2ND LIFE, every shift you work helps reduce landfill and give furniture and household items a second life with families and charities. We are a social enterprise, growing fast like a startup, with a warehouse in Alexandria (and yes, we’ve got a pool table, music, and the occasional team party).

This is not your typical removals job. Most days you’ll visit multiple clients across Sydney, picking up furniture and household items. The work is physical but cleaner and lighter than heavy removals. You’ll also have plenty of client interaction, and we’ll train you in sales so you can grow your skills and income.

We are building three teams right now:

Team A & B (Core Fixed): 2 drivers and 2 offsiders with regular hours and lots of shifts.

Casual Pool: 2 drivers and 4 offsiders with flexible, on-call shifts (no guaranteed hours).

Requirements:

ABN and ability to invoice for work

Driver’s licence (car licence is fine – you will drive our trucks or rentals)

Upper-intermediate English (for client interaction)

Reliable, physically capable, and good with people

Availability for long shifts on some days

Valid visa to work in Australia

Pay rates:

Offsiders from $30 per hour

Drivers from $35 per hour
