Technician (Health science / Naturopath student-young grad friendly) - MITO CORE

Employment Type: Casual (rostered quarterly), 2 days/week guaranteed with the availability required to work up to 3.

The Opportunity:
Perfect for a naturopathy student or recent graduate (or similar health sciences). You’ll work with a supportive team, gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art bio-physical devices, and help clients move through structured programs. Think of it as naturopathy—redefined for the modern clinic.

What you’ll do

Run baseline assessments using tools such as bio-impedance scales, OligoScan and RBTI urine/saliva testing.

Guide clients through treatment circuits and capture feedback/results across devices including:
Hyperbaric chambers, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF), Mild Hyperthermia & Activated Oxygen sauna, Photobiomodulation, and Intermittent Hypoxic–Hyperoxic Training (IHHT).

Document outcomes and suggest practical adjustments to treatment plans within clinical guidelines.

Collaborate closely with naturopaths and integrative doctors (via our sister clinic, Next Practice GenBiome) to deliver coordinated care.

Maintain clinical standards—room/device setup, cleaning and safety protocols, stock checks, and smooth client flow.

About you:

Naturopathy student/recent grad (or related medical/health sciences) with strong interest in bio-physics, metabolic and mitochondrial health.

Experience in healthcare or high-touch customer service and a genuine love of client interaction.

Team player, organised, and attentive to detail; comfortable with tech and data entry.

Availability for some Saturdays and flexibility to align with a quarterly roster.

Right to work in Australia; current First Aid/CPR is a plus.
