We are a public company operating a not-for-profit, public benevolent organisation that owns and operates a large, well established aged care facility in Sydney. Our facility is located in Cabramatta and consists of 182 Resident beds.

We cater to the special needs of a range of high and complex care residents including persons living with Dementia.

We are seeking RN's to support the nursing care to our residents. RNs are provided with on-going support and education. Professional development opportunities are provided to gain clinical skills and experience in complex care.

Role:

To ensure direct care of residents is met, through managing assessment and care planning process.

Deliver high quality nursing skills to residents and support their families with consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs.

To provide support, direction and education to other care staff.

To support policy development.

To provide continuous improvement process for clinical systems.

Pay Rate $52.64 - $55.83 (depending on relevant grade)

Casual position only

Requirements:

Registration with AHPRA as an RN Division 1.

Minimum 2 years experience essential (NEW GRADS NEED NOT APPLY)

Current CPR and First Aid Certificate

National Police Certificate

Ability to lead the care staff

A commitment to the provision of quality aged care

High level of communication and interpersonal skills
