About Us
At Make The Time, we’re dedicated to supporting young people of all ages to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. We provide NDIS support services, school-based mentoring, and group programs that build essential life skills, encourage positive choices, and create meaningful opportunities for growth. Our programs include mentoring, skill development workshops, and recreational activities—all designed to inspire confidence and resilience in a safe, empowering environment.

About the Role
We’re looking for passionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. This is a casual or part time role that involves working across two areas:

Disability Support – providing one-on-one support to young people with a disability, both at home and in the community.

Mentoring – supporting students in our school-based programs, helping them build confidence, life skills, and positive connections.

This role is well-suited to people with backgrounds as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), youth workers, or disability support workers. While prior experience is valued, it isn’t essential. We’ll provide training and guidance to the right candidate who shares our passion for empowering young people. A variety of shifts are available Monday to Sunday.
