Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Home Care Administration officer are broad and include:

Playing a pivotal role in the data entry of invoices and timesheets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Assisting in developing communications, such as newsletters and correspondence for staff and clients

Assisting in the creation and development of documents, forms, minutes and reports

Working closely with the Home Care Manager to capture and support Continuous Improvement activities and feedback

Liaise and manage requests from clients

Other administrative duties required to support the smooth operation of the Home Care office.

You Will Need

Minimum 2 years experience working in a busy office environment, preferably in healthcare or aged care administration

Proven data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Customer service experience, particularly in dealing with older adults or vulnerable populations

Sound knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft, particularly word, excel and outlook at a minimum

Current NSW Driver's License

Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
