We are an NDIS Provider with extensive experience in the field of Disability and specialist support. We have a team of dedicated and skilled professionals providing services across Behaviour Support, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology interventions. We are looking to add in a fabulous Physiotherapist to our team!. Our two hubs are based in Hornsby and Castle Hill with this role being based at our Castle Hill Centre. The role will include working with NDIS clients as well as some private clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Complete comprehensive assessments (motor, balance, strength, mobility, gait, pain, posture, falls risk, functional capacity) and develop evidence‑based intervention plans aligned to client goals.

Deliver direct interventions: therapeutic exercise, task‑specific training, gait training, mobility and balance work, hydrotherapy (if applicable), pain management strategies, chest physio/respiratory care (as appropriate), and postural management.

Prescribe, trial, and review Assistive Technology (AT) and mobility aids (e.g., walkers, standing frames, orthotics and splints) and write supporting documentation for funding where required.

Design and deliver group programs where appropriate (e.g., falls prevention, strength and balance, social‑movement groups).

Provide manual handling education and safe transfer training to families, support workers, and partner organisations.

Contributing to program development and service reviews to meet evolving client needs.

What We're Looking For

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.

Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

SIRA Accreditation for Worker's Compensation and CTP claims

Minimum of 2 years experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy or equivalent experience working with NDIS/disability clients.

Experience with assistive technology prescription and mobility aid assessment preferred.

Well-developed communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication skills to engage clients, families, and stakeholders effectively.

Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development.

Valid NSW driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Federal Police Check and Working with Children Check.
