About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and operational goals

Manage recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development

Drive operational excellence, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards across all areas of the store

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance to maximise results

About You:

Experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager in fashion, footwear, or premium retail

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach

Results-driven with focus on sales, KPIs, and operational efficiency

Excellent communication and team-building abilities
