- Part-time ongoing role, 40 hours per fortnight

Your new role
As the OSHC Service Leader you will oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of our Portland North OSHC.
You will drive quality, sustainability, and service delivery. You will support your team to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework, taking our OSHC programs to the next level.

Your skills and experience
You're known for your advocacy and passion for high-quality OSHC programs and have a track record in supporting and leading people.
You will also bring with you:
- An ACECQA approved qualification (check your qualification here).
- Demonstrated organisational skills to juggle competing priorities and manage timelines.
- Experience in people management, supervision, performance management and administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills with sound ability to write professional work instructions.
- Strong understanding of OSHC operational requirements, including demonstration of applied knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
