The Role

We're looking for passionate and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our vibrant Randwick and Bondi Junction studios. As part of the KX team, you'll deliver safe, dynamic and motivational classes, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and uplifting studio experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver fun, challenging and results-driven Reformer Pilates classes

Provide clear instructions, demonstrations and personalised feedback

Adapt and modify exercises to suit all fitness levels

Create a supportive, inclusive and motivating studio environment

Represent KX Pilates' values in every client interaction

Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised studio environment

What you'll need

An accredited qualification in Reformer Pilates

Certificate III/IV in Fitness or equivalent Reformer Pilates qualification

A genuine passion for Pilates and the KX brand

Strong communication and customer service skills

Availability to teach across mornings, evenings and weekends

Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in Reformer Pilates instruction
